CIAA Tournament lacked a central gathering location for attendees, leading to fragmented engagement.
Objective:
Create a walkable cultural hub where businesses, influencers, and attendees could connect during CIAA Weekend.
Solution:
TFG partnered with The Cordish Company and Visit Baltimore to launch Center Court in the historic Power Plant Building, featuring minority-owned vendors, artists, and cultural curators.
Results:
- Engagement: Became the No. 1 trending CIAA Weekend activation.
- Diversity Impact: 85% African American attendees, 62% female participation.
- Economic Influence: 40% of attendees had incomes over $85K.
